Location & Hours

We operate from a by-appointment residential pickup approximately 15 minutes south of Downtown LA. Standard operating hours are 9:00am–5:00pm, with standard pickup and return windows designed around real shoot schedules. For paperwork and COIs (not for walk-ins), use:

Cancellation & No-Shows

Cancellations and no-shows affect other productions and our ability to keep gear moving. Fees are based on how close to your pickup window you cancel and whether we have a chance to rebook the gear. Full details: Cancellation Policy.

Rental Agreement & Coverage

Rentals are governed by our rental agreement, which covers responsibility for gear, payment terms, pickup and return rules, and coverage requirements (including Certificates of Insurance listing Black Dolphin Creative LLC (dba Black Dolphin Rentals) with the info above as Additional Insured and Loss Payee when required). Damage Waiver (BDDW)

For some orders, you may have the option to add the Black Dolphin Damage Waiver (BDDW), which reduces what you owe in the event of certain covered accidental damage to the gear. BDDW is optional, is not insurance, and does not cover theft, loss, or non-return of equipment. Full details: Damage Waiver Terms.
