Cancellation & No-Show Policy
When you reserve gear, we pull it out of circulation and turn away other renters for those dates. This policy keeps things fair and predictable for everyone.
Standard Pickup & Return Reminder
- Standard operating hours: 9:00am to 5:00pm, by appointment only.
- Standard pickup for next-day shoots: Afternoon before your shoot, between 1:00pm and 5:00pm.
- Same-day shoot pickups: Any time after 9:00am within operating hours, subject to availability.
- Standard return: By 12:00pm (noon) the following day after your shoot.
Free Cancellations (48+ Hours)
You can cancel your rental with no fee if you email us at least 48 hours before your scheduled pickup time.
Example: If your pickup is scheduled for Wednesday at 1:00pm, your cancellation email must be received by Monday at 1:00pm to qualify for a full refund.
Late Cancellations (Inside 48 Hours)
Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled pickup time cannot be fully refunded and will incur a charge equal to one (1) rental day for the order. This is because the gear has been prepped and held specifically for you, and we’ve likely turned away other renters.
No-Shows
A “no-show” is when:
- You do not arrive to pick up your equipment on your scheduled pickup day, and
- You have not contacted us in advance to cancel or reschedule.
In the case of a no-show, you will be charged for one full rental day. The gear was reserved, prepped, and made unavailable to other customers for your order.
Modifying or Postponing Orders
- If you need to change your rental dates or postpone your order, you must contact us at least 48 hours before your scheduled pickup time.
- We cannot guarantee availability for new dates or gear, but we’ll do our best to accommodate requests made with proper notice.
- Once your rental period has begun (your scheduled pickup day), postponements or date changes are not possible. If you miss your pickup and then ask to move the rental, that is treated as a no-show, and a new order is required for new dates.
Late Returns
Late returns block gear from going out to the next shoot.
- Any equipment returned after 12:00pm (noon) on your scheduled return date may be billed as an additional full rental day.
- Please plan your production schedule and wrap times with this in mind.

To cancel your rental:

- Clearly state that you wish to cancel
- Include your scheduled pickup date and time
