Location & Hours

Black Dolphin Creative LLC (dba Black Dolphin Rentals) operates from a by-appointment residential pickup, approximately 15 minutes south of Downtown Los Angeles. We are not a walk-in storefront.

Pickup & Return Rules

We run on firm windows so shoots stay on schedule. Plan your logistics around these times.

  • Pickup location: Residential address in Watts, shared only after your booking is confirmed. Street parking is available. No public showroom.
  • Standard operating hours: 9:00am to 5:00pm, every day, by appointment only.
  • Standard pickup for next-day shoots: For shoots scheduled tomorrow, standard pickup is the afternoon before your shoot, between 1:00pm and 5:00pm, within your confirmed appointment time.
  • Standard return for completed shoots: For shoots that wrapped yesterday, standard return is by 12:00pm (noon) the following day.
  • Same-day shoot pickups: When pickup and shoot are on the same day, pickup is any time after 9:00am within operating hours, subject to availability. Return is still due by 12:00pm (noon) the following day.
  • Appointment required: All pickups and returns must be scheduled in advance. No walk-ins are accepted.

Early & Late Options

Some productions need off-hour support. In specific cases, we can adjust.

  • Early pickup (before 9:00am) or late return (after 5:00pm) is by approval only and not guaranteed.
  • When we approve an early or late time, any additional fees are quoted upfront and agreed to before you confirm your booking.
  • If gear is not returned by the agreed return time, late fees or additional day charges may apply.
